Annecy - Allevard

Yesterday we left Annecy, where we had some lovely flights with little thermals but no big flights because the weather was too stable/cloudbase too low, and we drove 80 km to Allevard.

We had a little break at Chamoux (Bourgneuf), where we know a restaurant that's so good... so with stopped there and eated a lovely tartiflette and delicious desserts.

When we arrived in Allevard, no one was flying because there was too much wind. Normally, we're going to fly this afternoon, followed by a swim and a aperitive in the warm weather.

we found internet at the camping so it's a short message with our mobile phone. thanks boss from www.pluimers.eu also for my long vacation

Monday, we climbed the mount Criou, a mountain about 1800m high. Some friends of our group were with us. We left at 6 am and arrived on top at 1 pm. We flow a top to bottom flight, because we wanted a cool and calm flight after the long walking. We were the only two with a tandem, so we seperated the material, the harnasses from supair were good in the flight.

today, we climbed the col de la colombiere, 1618 m high, it was hard, very hard. Now, we're in Le Grand Bornand, where we arrived just before thunder and lightning. tomorrow we'll maybe fligh the Grand Bornand, we've never flown here before, and then going to Annecy.

So we went to the local school for fixing the second part of the reserve. You can see at the pictures the weather isn't that good for flying.
